The 2nd Sino-Foreign Postgraduates Exchange Forum (SFPF2018) Call for Papers
The Sino-Foreign Postgraduates Exchange Forum（SFPF） aims to conform to the development of higher education， concentrate thoughts and power for the construction of first-class disciplines and provide an exchange platform for outstanding graduates home and abroad. Right at the moment of the 60th anniversary celebration of BUCT, we’d like to invite postgraduates of universities or institutes to share the inspiration and innovation.

II. Date and Location
Date: Sep.21th, 2018
Location: Beijing University of Chemical Technology, No.15 East road of North 3rd Ring, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China
III. Applicants
i. Postgraduates from universities or institutes in China, Ph.D. is preferred. Relevant majors such as chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, biology and energy are preferred. Foreign students can relax their requirements.
ii. With enthusiasm, outstanding achievements in scientific research.
iii. Abide by academic ethics.

V. Submission
i. The forum includes oral presentation and poster communication. Applicants could choose from Oral or Poster presentation. The excellent author will be invited to make oral presentations.
ii. For all the applicants: Both abstract and poster are required to be submitted.
The abstract should be in a MS Word file (refer to abstract template), between 500-1000 words, including title, authors and affiliations.
Poster should be PDF or EPS file format (width 90cm * height 120cm).

iv. Submission Procedures: Please download the abstract template which attached in this notification at the bottom of the page, and send to the conference E-mail：BUCTforum@163.com，named as “Abstract/Poster+ the number of parallel session+ Institute +Name”.
v. Confirmation: A confirmation for submission will be sent via email within 5 working days. If you cannot receive a confirmation email, please contact: BUCTforum@163.com

VII. Other Related Items
i. Official language: English.
ii. The registration will be free for all the participators. Buffet lunch and traffic subsides will be provided for the oral reporters and poster authors.
iii. All the presentations should abide by the academic ethics. The contents of the poster must be original, no copying of others' achievements, no falsification.
VIII. About the SFPF2017
Last year, with the One Belt and One Road successfully held in Beijing, it brought unparalleled opportunities for China’s economic development and social progress, and scientific and technological advancement. SFPF 2017 invited students from seven countries and from 6 first-class universities to gather together and have an academic exchange. It provided an opportunity for the excellent postgraduates to fully show themselves. The academic exchange platform with chemical characteristics played a necessary role in enriching the campus cultural life and further improving the international academic exchange ability of postgraduates. The SFPF has opened a fantastic journey of academic exchange for postgraduates in our university. Now let's look back at the spark of SFPF2017 and begin the journey again.
